Group Formation
Me and my group is working on a web redesign project recently. As we started our group thing we encountered a lot of problems related to attitude of individuals, interpersonal skills and many others. Just recently I believe we have a leadership crisis because I personally believe our group charter (which was agreed upon by team members) are not taken into consideration. There are a lot of things which were violated and lead us not to gel more as a team but as a group dominated by some individuals. Well, that’s just part of group formation I guess… Leadership crisis… and after that I hope everything will be alright…
