Multiple Intelligences & HOTS
We are on our final day here in an elementary school in Tagum City where we introduced an alternative delivery model for teachers of the following topics: Multiple Intelligences and Higher Order Thinking Skills, which might be of great help to them. We have developed an electronic module for this topic to be rolled out in a CD-ROM (offline) version for training programs for the Basic Education sector.
Not related to FOSS though but part of my advocacy and line of work for e-learning.
Very rewarding and heart warming experience indeed, as we delivered and introduced new ways and technology driven tools to enhance their prior learning about MI & HOTS. We hope that the teachers (at least in this school) can make use of these to improve their teaching methodologies and eventually improve the learning outcomes.
Thanks to Danny, Gilbert, Randy and Joel (Vince and Charles eventhough physically absent) who always find time to do such activities for teachers and students, of course with the help of DepEd and BEAM.
