SFD 2008
I remember the days when we organized the first FOSS student organization I believe in my region if not the whole of Mindanao. It was indeed a momentous occasion for us considering that being a newly formed organization we were faced with a lot of challenges then. The biggest is the Software Freedom Day (SFD) celebration which we organized in partnership with DabaweGNU, Inc.
Now, USEP FOSS Club officers have their own career and their own journey after their college stint. However, the memories are still good to cherish. How I wish we can organize similar event once again…
