Maiko is ALIVE!!!
Yes, MAIKO is alive. We (and most of my friends) have been looking for this man named Maiko Derutas. He was our classmate in college and a good buddy. The last time we heard about him was 5 or more years ago. He mentioned last time that he is planning to go to Colombia (as a tourist…). Well, I remembered him saying he is fed up with the system here and wants to explore more. He applied for work in Middle East as a telecoms engineer (bcoz we are engineers hehehe…) but sad to say somebody used his credentials and flew in his behalf. He was so upset with what happened and with that we began to look for a way out. And fortunately he left… from then on we never heard a message/news from him.
As a concerned member of our group I looked for possible ways to contact him. Whenever I bump into people from his hometown (Maco) I asked them do you know Maiko? Hmmm and most of them replied the family name is from Maco but I don’t know about the guy. I even asked for his number through his HS friends but to no avail… Then, one day our friend Harvy called and told me that Maiko is alive… Yes he is alive, he viewed our friendster profile with a nick called okiam04 and as the profile says he is from ocaM (Maco). We were amazed and immediately called the attention of the group that he is alive 
….
For now, we are looking forward to meeting this guy from Maco. He sent me a message in friendster and in my email that he might come home to Phils next year. He is now enjoying his life in Costa Rica with lotsa chicks … Pre, ayo2x ka dha…
